Campgrpound Closures - Corona Virus

I called last week and they are not taking new reservations, maybe in September.
Guests still in the park can stay as long as they want.

The Navy Southwest Region has closed or drastically continued the California closings except for active duty. Extremely strange considering the Marine Corps and Air Force are continuing to remain open. It seems all the Navy facilities are still only active duty. Made reservations at Del Mar, Camp Pendleton, CA. Sure don't understand the Navy.

Midway @ Millington, Tennessee is taking Reservations.

Today, October 29, 2020, I called the office to ask about their status. The staff is there, they answered the telephone. When I asked if they are open yet they informed me "No, the Navy has ordered that no reservations can be accepted for arrivals up to November 15th". I stated that I would call back in late November to get an update and he agreed to that. So possibly they will re-open soon. BUT, the Covid-19 is surging again so I doubt the Navy will re-open the RV Park until 2021.

Midway RV park at NSA Midsouth in Millington is closed again and apparently all CGs in Naval District Southeast except Cuba.

Fiddler's Cove Marina & RV Park continues to be open to active duty ONLY. I am the camp host at this facility.
