New Member introduction

Aloha,

I'd like to take this time and introduce myself. My name is Doreen and presently my husband and I are not traveling! I am employed by 99th Services at Nellis AFB and my husband is a retired Marine. Before accepting my position at the once known "Lucky 7" now "Desert Eagle RV Park", we have RV'd since 1972. We have been between the Western Region traveled Northern, Central and Southern routes to North Carolina, Florida, Virginia and New York. We enjoy the FamCamps just as well as we do Thousand Trails, KOA and National Parks.

I applaud you Larry for the wonderful, time consuming work, you have done in creating this site. I've taken time before, not as a member, reviewing your web site. Very informative and what great feed back you get from your members.

I know that I can answer some of your questions I've seen posted today (i.e., Frequent Camper etc.).

We're glad to have employees and managers of the various military campgrounds join us. There's quite a few here with an inside view, but many remain 'anonymous'. It helps us all to get the scoop from the other side of the counter, and visa-versa.

Desert Eagle's a wonderful example of a FamCamp. What impressed me the most was the number of employees and workampers on staff. Just another indicator of Nellis' commitment to quality customer service.
