The membership at this web site is growing in leaps and bounds. I spend a lot of time on the internet. It's my traveling vice. Lots of questions have been coming up about our campgrounds and the rules and regulation that govern them. Because each service has it's own set of rules we sometimes become confused when we see things being done so differently from base to base. So I've taken some time to round up some documentation with the rules - policy - regulations or whatever that pertains to MWR for each service in general. The answer to a particular question is in these documents if you have the time and patients to look for it.

Thanks, FastEagle for posting this info.....as a former Camp Host I know that when the Rver is informed correctly they understand the whys and hows of the campground they are using....generally speaking....all services have the same rules for day to day operations, i.e. pet policy, quiet times, etc......it's the rules governing the length of stay, who can be there, etc. that needs to be explained and enforced.....some day, I hope, things will be more uniformed on the running of our military campgrounds, but til then......we just need to use common sence and ask questions if we don't know....
