True if you're referring to other than USAF campgrounds This is an Air Force program. ALL Air Force operated campgrounds ARE REQUIRED to accept the "Camper Cash" coupons. However, they are not required to SELL the Frequent Camper Program kits. If a USAF campground ever refuses to accept a Frequent Camper "Camper Cash" coupon, be sure to let the Program Manager know about it. The address is in the Frequent Camper log book.

I'm now on my 4th tier of USAF FamCamps (visited over 30 different ones) and have never used a coupon more than once at the same FamCamp.

I'm not aware of any other service accepting these coupons. Only USAF campgrounds will accept them. Also, the USAF campground "may" have additional rules on using them. Some allow you to use a coupone once a month, while others will only allow a coupon once at all. The biggest problem with this program, and it's the cause of much controversy with the campground managers, is the abuse of this program. The program is intended to get campers to visit many DIFFERENT USAF FamCamps. Not to use the coupons at the same FamCamp over and over for free nights of camping. I've met military campers who bragged that they bought THREE kits to get all of the coupons. I told them exactly how I felt, that they are abusing the program and ruining the future of it.

If you'll ever stay at more than 2 different USAF FamCamps (2 nights at each), this program is worth the cost. You'll recover your cost after visiting 2 FamCamps. You'll also get the "book", which does have some value.
