RRM stands for "Recreation Resource Management", which is a private company. They are a "concessionaire" that obtain contracts to operate campgrounds. Many are government owned. They are only one of many companies doing this. Their website for employees is at

I'm an Operations Manager for CLM Services (

), another concessionaire, primarily operating in the west coast. However, we don't have any contracts for military campgrounds. Ours are mostly with the USDA Forest Service.
