Campground was full, so we stayed in a recently converted site with 30 amp and water only. Several people were in electric only overflow. This is a nice park with too few sites. I think that they recently added a row of sites, so the need is recognized. There appears to be room behind the office building and perhaps in the strip of trees and grass where extra sites could be added. Also, the existing sites are so randomly slotted, that extra sites could be configured within the existing sites. The park itself is directly across the street from a world-class fitness center, very close to the BX, commissary, shoppette, gas station, car wash, post office, auto hobby, etc. Howard did his best for us and we were appreciative, but do understand his frustration. Since the Ogden, Layton, Salt Lake area are beautiful areas, it would probably be in everyone's best interest to send emails or letters to the base commander to expand this park. Will definitely revisit in the future; hopefully, there will be more spaces.
