The RV Park: Great, helpful Staff; Park Manager Marty is on top of her Game. Sites are spacious and level; all are easy to get into/out of. Hot water temperature in the showers is luke warm. Drains are prone to backup. Due to base construction (see below), it is still prudent to phone ahead on the day of arrival for directions. Upon check-in, the Staff will provide a base map indicating current road closures. The Base: There is significant construction ongoing. It affects which roads are passable. The roads themselves are in significant need of repair. Commissary, Exchange, 2 Gas Stations, several mini-marts, Class 6, should fulfill all needs. Downtown San Antonio is 10-15 minutes drive, airport is 25 min drive. All in all, this RV Park proximate to downtown San Antonio is an excellent value.
