In our two time travels to Yellowstone. One with only a rental car and last year with a 30' trailer I found ALL the park roads friendly to big rigs. At the height of the season the traffic volume may be a little restrictive regarding at parking along the way but travel into and out of the campgrounds will be no problem. You will be in good company with your rig.
