Hello
I pay for the Directory, I download the Directory but when I try to open it........it tell to go get a registration code.....I go to the home page.....no registration code to be found...what do I do.......thanks :(

Whenever I have renewed the software I get an e-mail with the registration code in it. Then just copy and past it. If you gave them an e-mail address to send you the info maybe it is going into a spam folder. My first one went into a spam folder and I have to retrieve it. Just a thought. If that don't work send and e-mail to Larry.

I sent you a PM. Please email me ([email protected]) if you still need your registration information. It was emailed earlier this evening, but I'll be glad to resend it.

As stated on the ordering page, your registration information is emailed to you when you purchase a subscription. This registration information MUST be entered into the Directory software to "unlock" the trial limitations. As "djenson" stated, your registration email may have gone into your SPAM folder.

I paid for the download, and got the 7 day trial. Never received a registration e-mail. Only the receipt from google.
How do I get registered????

Hi Bill,

I emailed you this morning and also emailed your registration this morning.

The problem was, since you used Google Checkout "mobile", I wasn't provided a name or email address. Just "Mobile User" as a name.

Glad you emailed me, as I was ready to cancel and refund this order, not knowing who it belonged to.
