Need some help. For some reason I am unable to post campground reviews. I can access the software and write the review. When I click post it says "Sending Mail" but the review never appears. I've submitted help requests twice but have never received a response. Any suggestions about where to go from here?

I've received your "help" requests by email and have replied to them. Sometimes, SPAM filters block my email.

Reviews submitted from the Directory software are emailed to me. About every 2 or 3 weeks, I then manually enter these reviews into the website under the user "Proxy". These reviews wont show up under your name, but will be under the "Proxy" user name. These reviews also start off with "X.X. left this review using the Directory software: - ...." Your initials will be in the "X.X." place.

Reviews submitted from the Directory software DO NOT appear immediately. It may take 3 or 4 weeks before they are posted. Reviews submitted on the website usually appear within 24 hours.

After doing a little research, I remember your "help" emails.

I did recently receive two reviews from you using the Directory software. However, they were not reviews on two different military campgrounds, as you stated in your email. Both reviews were on Blue Angel Naval Recreation Area in Florida. Both reviews were similar and referenced locations (Battleship Row) at Blue Angel, so I knew they were both for that campground. I combined both reviews into one and posted it.

Your review for Blue Angel Naval Recreation Area was posted on March 3rd for your stay Feb 17-26, 2013. This review is posted by user "Proxy" and starts off with "P.C. left this review using the Directory software:". (Currently, it's the most recent review).

Hi Larry --- And right you are - found your e-mail in my Spam folder in Google. I did write 2 reveiws on 1 CG because I thought the first one was lost. Sorry about that. I also found the one you said posted. I understand the system now and won't expect them to appear right away. Thanks very much for your time and for responding to this for me.
