Update refuses to validate registration

OK, I renewed some time ago & downloaded new program. It didn't validate my renewal. Big deal, I use my MIFI wireless to go online to get info I need from you.
Just received an automatic update but no validation. This stinks! Why do I bother w you guys?

Your renewal was received on 6/18/2012 and new registration information was emailed to you. If you haven't already, you'll need to enter your new registration information into the Directory software. Be sure to enter the registration name and registration code EXACTLY as provided. If either of these has an error, the registration won't be accepted.
