Monterey Pines RV Park - Internet Installation

Hello, I was wondering if anyone know if this specific or maybe just in general how people setup their own private internet with their modems and their own ISP like Xfinity or AT&T U-Verse.

I'm living in Monterey Pines RV Park but I have another house with internet/cable service. Is it possible to Add a second modem at this campsite without having to have another account with my Internet service provider? Also, how does the internet work? I want to have the fastest internet speeds I can possible but I'm not sure if I can run a coax cable to my RV.
