Dish has a pay as you go for RV'ers. We have been using them since December. You'll need to buy a receiver. Costs us $74/month.

I use Dish's pay as you go and am very happy with it.

We live in the country so no cable available so have been DISH subscribers for about 18 years and have always used the receivers in our motorhome. We subscribe to local channels when at home so when on the road we call DISH and ask for the local channels to view for the area we are in, works beautifully.
