The USER MAP Returns

Many long time website users will remember we tried having a "User Map" at one time. However, it was automatically updated based on the users IP address. This wasn't a good indicator of the users actual location.

Well.... the user map has returned, but with a different method of posting your location. It's not automatic. Users can manually update their location on the map which won't change until the user changes their own location.

Here's how to add or update your map location:

1. Select MODIFY PROFILE under the HOME menu.
2. Select EDIT in the top left corner of your profile.
3. Select UPDATE YOUR PROFILE from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the USER MAP tab.
5. Either enter your GPS coordinates - or - drag the map around, zoom-in and zoom-out to find your location. Click on the map to mark your location.
6. Click on the SET THIS AS MY LOCATION in the pop-up.
7. Press the UPDATE button on the bottom of your profile to save the changes.

If this new User Map works out, we may try to make entering your location a little easier. However, it's a lot easier to do than it is reading the above instructions.

ONLY registered website members can view or update the User Map. Try it out, add your location, and let me know what you think.
