FYI clothing allowance is scheduled to be disbursed tomorrow. About a week later than last year.

I have never heard of this for other than active duty military (enlisted). Are you retired? How do you qualify for this benefit?

Yes retired 100% disabled and there are qualifications you must meet to be elgible. The DAV officer can help you apply and explain how you must qualify. Two main qualifiers are you wear a device for a disability that wears and tears your clothes and using various types of topical medicines or ointments that stain your clothes.
