Dillon Recreation Area, CO ???

I just learned of Dillon Recreation Area in Colorado. As usual, not much information is available. Can anyone tell me more about this area? Specific details, expereinces, location, what base (unit) is responsible for it?

There are some great camping at Dillon, but I didn't know there was a military site there. They are at like 9100' level so summer is best. One of the sites takes reservations but the others are first come first serve.

I'm loosing my mind. I forgot that I researched Dillon last year, when I started this website. The military campground closed years ago.
