Haven't been there in more than a year - but stayed a few times earlier and like it. Was quiet generally, clean, well-kept. There once was a host there who was a bit off-the-wall, but I paid no attention to him, and he's gone now. A few dogs around, and a few looked like they'd been there a while, but nothing like porches and gardening as I recall.
It's very neat, and always seemed organized the few times we stayed. We'd stay again any time in that area.
