Not during my last time there 2 years ago. They were in a building on the main road just after you exit the RV park road. I think it was in the MWR equipment rental building.

Frank is correct - the rental building fills tanks. You have to carry them inside -- they have a cart if you have larger tanks than 20 lb ...
