There was a 5 friends, who were retired fro military but not able to find the job afterwards. They rent out 40 acres of land 5 kilometers away from
San Antonio army base
. This was started in 2004 and right now they are employing 20 retired military persons.
This example inspired another group of people(their effort are being documented in famous show American Heartland:

). We have to help and motivate these veterans in any way possible. These people defend us around the remote corners of the world.
