Anyone know if there is a backlog of campers waiting on Sigsbee (NAS Key West) dry camp?

The short answer (as I understand it):

Dry list shows 224 or 225 on most days. That seems to be the max. Rigs that arrive when the dry area is full are allowed to stay until the next morning in the office parking lot ( I've heard that only 5 may stay). If you can't get into a site (i.e. no one leaves) you have to leave.

I was looking at the information section for NASKW and did not see a limitation on stay length. Seems like that should be a consideration now that it has become so popular! We were there a couple of years ago and met a camper who lives there full time.

Don't have the answer but I do know you can only stay on a hookup spot for 2 weeks then you rotate off to overflow/dry camp. We are looking at the best time to head down when there will be open hookup spots available. We were there, not RV, last year and took a drive through, there were empty spots available at the time.

I don't think NASKW has a stay limit. You just need to keep rotating in and out of FHU as needed.
