Loved the pronghorns and jack rabbits that roam around. The base is just off the interstate making it easy to get around. My husband had an emergency so the VA took him. They were fast, caring and it's close. The campground, Donald and Bev were very understanding to give us an open move out date to get him to feeling better. The grounds were kept up. Picnic tables are at each site and laundry area clean. $1.75 wash and $1.50 dry. It was during labor day weekend and the campground was fairly full. Dry camping available.
