I did not stay here but visited and talked to the volunteer at the office. The sites are all spacious and level. The office/clubhouse/bathhouse has been completed and is brand new. Interior roads are paved, and each site has plenty of parking spaces and the campground can handle the biggest rigs so I am giving this campground a 4 star rating. The only negative is the location of the sewer. Since this used to be a mobile home park, the sewer connection is in the middle of the site and will probably be underneath your RV when you are set up on your site. This is a minor inconvenience that may require you to attach one end of your sewer hose before you completely back in to your site. An increasing number of long-term residents are in the campground. The park was over half full on 12/7/2006. The campground has a phone now and handles its own reservations. Brand new office/clubhouse/bathhouse recently completed. Security fence surrounds campground with sliding security gate with keypad and intercom communication with office.
