They wouldn’t keep us from returning, but there were some annoying aspects to our stay here. The very first is that the Roy gate movable barriers made for a tight entry for my large MH plus tow. The security guards refused to move them a bit to make it safer. Be aware that the base doesn’t have many road/information signs. Ask for a base map at the gate. The camp ground has community water faucets in the original section of the C/G. It’s possible to have several rigs hooked to one faucet and it not be convenient to your site. The newer sites are by just a few inches long enough for a forty footer plus tow. More than annoying is that the voltage is low and gets lower as you use electrical equipment.
