P.R. left this review using the Directory software: We called about 2 weeks ahead for reservations, then called back a couple of days later to change our arrival date. A few days later the manager returned my call, confirmed the correct dates, and requested a credit card to hold the reservation. Arrival was easy via the Roy Gate. We were met at apx 3pm on Friday afternoon at the self-help kiosk by a gentleman who apparently assists the manager after normal duty hours. He told me what our assigned site was and gave me the registration envelope. For the next four days, I tried and failed make contact with campground management, finally filling out my Frequent Camper log myself and stapling the receipt (that I filled out myself) to the book -- hopefully that will work, but sure would be a hassle keeping all those receipts if all Famcamps operated like this!!! From what I saw posted, it seemed office hours are a couple of hours in the morning on Weds, Thurs and Friday??? Our site was in the new row, with very nice and quite wide concrete slabs. The only drawbacks were not having a grill at the new sites, and the lack of WIFI. NOTE: Water pressure was apx 80-90 psi with no warnings posted about high water pressure. Make sure you use a good pressure regulator! Some attention to controlling the "goadhead" sand burrs would be a great improvement. We exited through the South Gate by the Famcamp, and saw no reason why a big rig could not enter via that gate rather than the Roy Gate as the barricades there were just like what we experienced at the Roy Gate!
