Have you ever been in one of those neighborhoods where all the houses look alike, and all the landscaping is the same, and everything is perfectly aligned? Where one row looks like the next so evertime you pull in you have to find the number of your row? This sardine-packed RV park-it ground (it isn't a "camp") has a wonderful community area with exercise equipment and kitchen (I never saw anyone use), wonderful showers and laundry (only close if you're in the center of this enourmous park). In a part of town with mostly barred windows - NOT on base - and a VERY busy freeway a couple hundred yards away, this place gave my children the eebie-jeebies. This, and the fact that the 12X12 playground only had 2 bucket swings and "under 8 yr old" play equipment, shortened our stay from a planned week to just two days. There truly is NO place for children, or your dog, to go.
