We were coming in from California, on our first trip in our 40 ft. Alegro Bus, heading home to Louisiana. I called a couple hours prior to our arrival and was given a slot and was told how to get there and that our slot number would be posted by the office. Big area to pull into at the office. The directions were very easy to follow, both the verbal and web site directions were the same . We arrived at the office around 7:30 pm and up pulled a golf cart- Jim introduced himself and lead us right to our spot. He asked if we needed help..we knew very little and had never hooked up a 50amp power source, or water or sewer. Jim spent over an hour hooking us up, teaching us everything we needed to know. He came back the next morning to check on us- we were in good shape. My husband went to the office and asked if we could stay another night- we were given the slot for another night. On our way out we had our antenna up, Jim came running out to warn us and send us on our way. We are coming back for our second trip at Christmas, we have already called. It's easy to call ahead, everyone has cell phone. Our trip could have been a mess, our rv dealer left us hanging on how to operate the RV, Jim made it all seem easy and we had a great visit. Add Wi-Fi an it's all 5's.
