Review Detail

This was our third time staying at Fort Sam Houston Campground. Each time is better than the last. Big pull through sites, the staff is friendly, and the new lawn maintance person has the park looking much better. Grass is cut, they just painted the arrow on the streets. Kudo's to him. Spint wifi works great, and the Post has everything you could ever need. The only knock is the laundry rooms need to be cleaned. The main road going into the campground was still closed when we left. We ran into the person in charge of getting it fixed when we were bike riding. He said aleast another month, maybe two. This is the one place we always try to stay when we return home to Texas in the early winter months. Remember that San Antonio is the 8th largest city in the US. This is no longer a sleepy little town.
