We've stayed here twice and both times have been very positive experiences. The office people are very helpful. The sites are nice and level. Yes, the train tracks aren't too far from the campground, but honestly, I never really heard them! There's a fenced area for a doggie run (pick up after your pet!), and the rec room has dial-up for your laptop. The bathrooms/showers are very clean and nice. We enjoyed going to the PX and Commissary. Lots of things to see. The mall area has so many fast food places -- hard to decide what to eat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend Ft.Sam's RV park.
