It was difficult to manuever through Fayettville...lack of street signs or street names changed names several times! But we finally found it. We were given a discount for having a Golden Access Passport card. They're limited on the number of sites available. We did notice that #7 site has the dump and electricity on the wrong side -- you'd have to have more than a 10 ft. sewer hose to be able to use it. The bathrooms have their own shower facilities and were clean. This famcamp has some gorgeous views of the lake. They're planning on getting 30 amp and sewer at the sites with the best views of the lake. There are some really nice little cabins available, too. The personnel were very friendy and helpful. The laundry is at the office (which closes at 4 p.m.): 2 washers @ 75 cents and 2 dryers @ 25 cents. I was able to find a free WiFi hotspot that anyone can use: at the Officers Club (O Club) on the patio/deck area (overlooks the golf course); it stays "on" even when the club is closed (I went after they closed). Otherwise you have to buy a card to use the WiFi in the Mini-Mall on base. There are several museums to visit on base, too. Suggestion: when coming in or out over the railroad tracks, cut your rig at an angle -- otherwise, you'll scrape the bottom (landing gear).
