Review Detail

The location is set right near the pond and is very quiet. Commissary/BX is about 1.5 miles away, and the Rt 68 gate is 2 miles away. The sidewalks aren't great, but that's most bases I've stayed on. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I came in on a Sunday, so I didn't have to check in with anyone. The site is listed as having electric and dump station, they also request that you do not hook up the water to the spigot (they want you to fill your freshwater tank and use your pump). I saw multiple campers that hooked their spigot right up to their city line connection, but I didn't choose to because the water pressure was extremely high (its painted red and I was told by others that it might be for fire). I opted not to test it lol. There were a few people coming and going (only 8 parking spots), overall, very quiet, Starlink worked well, near a fire station but only heard sirens once, near the flight-line but only one day of noise. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish I was allowed to do more than 14 days! I will def stay here again!
