E.V. left this review using the Directory software: The staff at this FAMCAMP is head and shoulders above what I've been exposed to. I'd made reservations at the Car Rental facility at the BX for my stay. I'd made arrangements for the Representative to pick me up at the FAMCAMP and transport me to the Desk for retrieval of the car. The day of my arrival the Rep was slam dunked with customers. I asked the FAMCAMP office if anyone could take me to the BX to retrieve my car. I was immediately directed to one of the staff's vehicles and taken to the BX. I was up a tree without a ladder. They came to my aid.
