This was our first experience with FamCamps, and it was a wonderful one! All the FHU sites were occupied, but the staff assured us that we would be able to move to a FHU site within a few days. Good to their word, we moved within 3 days. The facilities were always clean, the staff very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The only thing I could find to "gripe" about was that the swimming pool on base was closed! Coming from the Pacific North West we were melting! Oh well, that's a base issue, not a FamCamp issue. We hope to go back this coming winter so I know I have to get on the phone soon for reservations!
