We run a 40' Itasca Meridian pulling a Chevy Cobalt. We stayed at Aviation Arbor from 14 December 2012 to 15 January 2013. Kenny, the site manager, was very amiable and helpful with all our needs. He was available whenever we needed him. We liked the facility very much - the large concrete pads on nice landscaping close to the edge of the "swamp". We experienced some heavy rainstorms while we were there - the channel on the south side seems to drain well and there was very little standing water anywhere after the rain. WiFi was available, but went gunnybag after a few days. I reverted to my Verizon with no problem. Someone with no WiFi backup would be inconvenienced. I guess someone eventually reset their router, as it started working again in a few days. Good otherwise. Probably should have someone monitoring the network on a daily basis. The limiting factor of only two pull throughs turned out to not be a factor. It's not that difficult to unhook and back in - there is plenty of maneuvering room. We would definitely stay again, and will later. It's great that they have finally gotten this new RV Park operational. It was needed.
