We visited NAS Belle Chasse during the Thanks Giving Holiday Week. We have a 32' Class C Sunseeker and towed a Geo Tracker. The base is about 9 mi south of New Orleans. Kenney was very helpful with everything we needed. We put our bikes on the back of the car and drove to the ferry, walking our bikes on the ferry and crossing the river to Canal street where we rode our bikes around the city. The best way to see NOLA! The campground is fairly new with only 5 other campers there. The restrooms are clean, safe, and secure along with the laundry room. The Exchange and Commissary are right up the road. We had a wonderful time and will definetly be back! Tom & Sal
