New rates went into effect Aug 2013. Active duty still pay $18/day. Retired, DAV pay $19/day. Sponsored guests pay $20/day. With the Golden Age-Golden Access pass $17/day. This is our second visit while passing through the area. It's a nice park and a good value. People don't pick up after their pets in the pet walk area though. The rest of the park is clean and well ordered. There are a lot of long term campers here ...

Friendly and helpful staff. Located deep inside the base, this campground is very quiet. We had a pull through site with a concrete pad, picnic table, and full hookups. The clubhouse has shower facilities, a laundry, and TV room. This campground fit our needs and I would definitely return. We only overnight-ed here, and next time I want to visit the 8th Air Force museum. It looked very interesting, but we didn't have time...

This is a two section campground. The newest section is pull-through with roomy sites. There are concrete pads and asphalt patios at each site with a picnic table made of concrete. Sites are slightly high in the front, which makes leveling very easy. There are no trees to block the sun (or satellites). There is cable TV connection at each pedestal, but we didn’t use it. The older section should be called the “sardines in...

Nice campground on Lake Nasworthy. Each site has a concrete pad, grill, and picnic table. Most sites are pull through with some shade trees. There is a new bathhouse that was very clean, but the water was not hot enough. There is a 2 washer/2 dryer laundry in the same building. The pool looked inviting and costs an extra $2 per day per person if you want to use it. They also rent boats...

This is the best famcamp we have stayed in so far. Every staff member we met was very nice and helpful. Each site has a concrete pad and patio. There is a clubhouse with a full kitchen, a TV room with a widescreen TV, WiFi, and a workout facility. There are two restroom/shower facilities, one with 6 private showers. There are also two laundry facilities, two covered picnic areas, a grassy dog walk, and a...
