GREAT place to stay especially if you have someone stationed here like we do. The staff was VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. We were lucky to be assigned Site #2 right next to the Camp Hosts. We were told they had just caught a poisonous snake in Site #2 and that there are "gators" in the pond. That didn't bother us since we were in the woods of Georgia and anticipate various wildlife. We never saw any critters except birds. The entrance to the FamCamp looked as if it had recently been landscaped and the road paved. Very impressive entrance. Just be aware that there is a one lane road around the pond as you drive into the park. We were there a week and did not encounter problems. Wonderful to have 50 amp for the A/C!!! While there didn't seem to be much in the way of local restaurants around Ft. Stewart, Tybee Island and Savannah solved that challenge. It was nice having the Commissary nearby for groceries although it was not open on weekends (which seemed odd), hence, a trip to Wal-Mart. We did not have a need to use the laundry or any other amenities. TV reception is minimal without satellite which can be a challenge as mentioned by others. We enjoyed our stay very much and are headed back for another week toward the end of August. The Bolon's from Arizona
