NAS Jacksonville was a good experience. If you are unfamiliar with NAS JAX it can be challenging getting to and from the RV Park. Directions on Military Camp Grounds are spot-on, it is more traffic lanes on an off base change during rush hour. Recommend arriving mid day or late evening. Full base support/facilities, and awesome PX with 5-Star Golf course, gym is small but adequate. Lounge at Golf Course is awesome, don’t miss. No cable, Wi-Fi is not good at all unless you are standing next to the bathhouse. Great stop-off for continuing travel of visits to St Augustine, or other local attractions. Bottom line: if you are passing through a great place to stop for a few days, but extended stays are not recommended.
