The camp host, Mike, was wonderful...he has a breadth of information about the local restaurants and other non-touristy information such as where to park and places to see. Our only issue was that if you have pets, watch where you walk them; we had to check our dogs after EVERY walk for stickers. Otherwise, what a great place to stay, but we were there during off season so who knows what it is like when you have to rotate. We like this area better than Hawaii, but nothing beats staying at Hale Koa!
