For a Military facility, it was very well built. As for having amenities, there were none. As for price/value, just try to find something else as good anyplace near the Los Angeles basin. Those of you who bragged about it being within walking distance to the beach must be active combat Marines. 2 miles is not what I consider close. 2006 Foretravel Phenix 4/42 Tominator
