Two Big Changes 1. Charles Porter Gate is now 24/7. It used to have short weekday hours and was closed on the weekends. 2. Water view sites are now $36.00 per night. No weekly or monthly discounts. All the great comments made by others still applies. Love this place!

I was incorrect about the weekly rates. The daily rate for waterfront is 42. If you stay a week or longer it goes down to 36 per night.
