I was disappointed that office staff did not answer the phone or return calls on the weekend. Other than that, it's a great campground. For those who recycle, JBSA doesn't really make it easy. After 10 days here, I finally broke the code. They have very limited staffing so they rotate among the bases/posts in the local area. Signage on Ft. Sam does NOT reflect this.
