Unfortunately, ghost222's review is correct. Linda runs this little spot like it's her kingdom. If she's not writing these responses, I suspect she has friends who are. If she doesn't like something, she'll be pestering you regularly until you either comply or are annoyed enough that you leave. My husband and I got bad vibes before we even made it into the office, but required emergency accommodations so we stayed anyhow. ??In those 2 days, I can say the following:?? Dog lovers? Pass this one right on by. Linda has a certain way that she wants things done, no matter how unreasonable, and you will either comply or you’ll be asked to leave same-day. There’s a spot by the pond where you’re allowed to potty your dogs. It will be reiterated to you time and again that dogs should NOT use the grass at your site to do their business. Yes, even if you clean up. And Linda will then place you in a spot away from the pond so you’ve got at least 2 sites to traverse before making it to the potty spot.?? The sites? Overgrown and unkempt, but functional. When we stayed, the grass was knee high in most areas including the pond and surrounding sites. It reached the 80s and 90s while we were there, so there's no reason to think it's not warm enough to get the task done. The ground was plenty dry. ??Coming in with a bigger RV or tow rig? Go elsewhere. These spots are tightly packed and small. There’s barely enough space in front of the pad for a car, let alone a tow rig. If you don’t fit in the alotted space, they’ve got a parking area at the faaaaaaar end of the park just for you. And, yes, you’ll be told right off that they prefer your vehicle there instead of at your site. ??? PROs: ?Sites are level concrete pads? Can handle roughly 35’ rig? Water functions ?Sewer functions? Power stump in good repair??
CONs: ? Not dog friendly Borderline not human friendly ?Limited consideration, especially for disabled veterans? Nitpicky behavior from camp host over inane things ? Unkempt lots, the grass doesn’t need to be over knee-high to mow it? Small, tight sites????
