I would love this park because the staff is great the proximity to the area is great the park is great....................BUT................. the noise here is unbearable!!!!!! Not a moment of peace ever. I get it it's an Airforce base, but I do want to warn people that if you want a little relaxation forget it. The aircraft uses the park as a turning point for their training turn, and they fly over the park all day and sometimes into the night rumbles your rv on their overpass. The racetrack runs on weekends, so the jets give it a rest (sometimes) and the track picks up the racket on weekends. Then there is some kind of generator at the nearby medical center that produces a loud screaming sound that also runs all night and all weekend and depending on the wind can be mind numbing. Then of course you have traffic and sirens all night and all day. As I said love the park but cannot stand the noise. Too bad. Just sayin!
