Review Detail

Only used this FamCamp as a transient stop on our way to Barksdale AFB. The way to the FamCamp is very confusing and you will need to keep in contact with the FamCamp folks. We were placed in the new area, which is a considerable distance from Lake Walker. You can see the lake, but that's about it. The site we were given was a nice concrete pad, but it was pretty well unlevel. I didn't want to disconnect my trailer from my truck, but I had to because to get the trailer modestly level I had to lower the tongue down all the way. Side to side was "ok". $16 is hard to beat, but damn, it would have been nice to have a shower and bathrooms nearby.
