Technically this is adjacent to the base, but you have to drive out and around to get to the gate, which took about 10 minutes. Park was very quiet except the constant stream of aircraft in and out. Bathhouses were clean and well kept, though one of the shower stalls had a window in it that did not have a curtain and was not frosted, which made me a uncomfortable. Laundry room had 4 washers and 4 dryers. Office staff were lovely, and we were able to receive packages to the park. Lots of wooded areas around the park to explore with dogs or children. About half of the park had good tree coverage, but no concrete pads. There is also an area without hookups for significantly cheaper rates. Community room had coffee and TV, many people utilized it to hang out. MWR staff had three events while we were there: movie night, trivia at the E club, and Halloween party for the kids. We stayed here while visiting Salem and Boston, it wasn't too far of a drive for either. Base amenities included: gym, small commissary/exchange, auto skills center, bowling, and golf.
