The only good thing is the location for visiting DC and concrete pads. Very easy to take the Metro into DC. this could be a nice fam camp, but is suffering from deferred maintenance. There are a lot of areas roped off with yellow police tape, that looks like it has been there for years. It is really run down, unmowed, standing water, potholes and LOTS of rules and signs posted everywhere. Two signs in the tiny bathroom stalls instructing you to check after flushing, just to make sure. Lots of signs about what not to do. It is very unwelcoming, it's like they really don't want you here. weird vibe.
