3.5 average stars is about right for this Famcamp with no sewer hookups, but electric and water pressure were good. Upkeep is lacking. Sites are not being cleaned of debris after campers leave or if leaves and tree debris. Bathhouse could be cleaner. Picnic tables need periodic pressure washing, one by the bathhouse full of bugs and spider webs. Reservation office is good about answering (keep trying if no answer during open hours) and returning calls. Interesting bulletin board posts located between every two sites show reservations for those sites. In theory, if you show up without reservations and a particular site shows no reservation for that night, you can take it and do the paperwork at the bathhouse. A nice idea in my opinion so long as the office always pins all current reservations in the applicable bulletin board at the end of every duty day. Laundry room has two washers and two dryers that worked well for only $1.50 per load.
