Stayed here last month and really enjoyed it. There is a nice, quiet beach area where we did some fishing. We saw a shuttle launch from the beach as well. Good dog park, and plenty of space to walk. Close to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. We were on a concrete pad, with plenty of room.
