Recreation Cottages at Hillsboro

Amazing time with a family reunion at the MWR cottages. Twice a year, all three cottages can be rented for the weekend at roughly $1500. Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 10 days of the scheduled stay will be charged 1 nights stay per house reserved. Check in time was 2:00pm to 9:45pm. Cottage keys were located at the front gate; upon departure, return the keys back to the front gate. April through early November the Club gate is locked at 10pm. There is no way or persons to call to check-in after the gates are locked. Provided a gate key after check-in if you need late night access during your stay. Drive from the front gate of the private Hillsboro Club to the MWR cottages. The Hillsboro Club allow MWR guests to use their facilities (pool, tennis courts, golf course, and croquet area) as well as the restaurant. When using the pool, it is required to wear a cover up in transit. No jeans are allowed on the premises and cell phones must not be used. Guests are required to strip all beds used during your visit. Place used linens and towels in a pillowcase and leave in a bathroom. Wipe down bathrooms with provided cleansers. All floors should be swept. Ensure all items used in the kitchen are returned to their proper place (do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher). If used, please clean and remove all ashes from the BBQ grill, to ensure their longevity. Remove all food items from refrigerator. Do not assume the next guest will want to use your leftovers.
