We had a great stay there. The first half of our stay was in the overflow area and the second was in the full hookup area. The host was very friendly and helpful. He warned us about ants in the overflow area a pointed us in the direction of some spray to keep the ants away. They spray the full hookup sites, so this is only needed in the overflow sites. Both sides had a nice clean picnic table, and the full hookups included a fire pit. They provided wifi which was a nice surprise and the cellular was full bars. It is located in a perfect spot between Morro Bay and San Lois Obispo.
